This space is here for you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel gently supported — without pressure, without needing to explain, simply as you are.

We work through the body — sensing where tension lives in the fascia, muscles, or breath — and gently allowing what’s been held to begin releasing, little by little.

You are invited to feel, soften, listen, and express — without judgment.

Each session is a unique, intuitive response to what’s alive in you: emotional weight, physical tension, mental fatigue, sensory overload, lymphatic stagnation, or other subtle sensations that are hard to put into words.

Alongside the bodywork, there may also be space for language — for naming what hurts, exploring inner narratives, and opening to new perspectives from a place of presence and authenticity.

I draw from a blend of intuitive touch, massage techniques (when working in person), somatic awareness, compassionate presence, and emotional support for whatever may arise. I hold space with deep listening and care, offering a grounded container for body–mind–soul integration.

My approach is rooted in years of experience in physiotherapy, body-based therapies, Eastern massage traditions, acupuncture, Rolfing, and coaching — all woven together with intuitive presence and a deeply human connection.

Together, we create a space where what has been held can begin to be seen, felt, and gently transformed — with compassion, courage, and respect.

Suggested Structure for Your Process 

1. The First Session — Arrival 

A gentle space to land, be heard, and reconnect with your body and emotions.

  • 60–75 minutes
  • Grounding, emotional opening, and safety
  • We feel into how your system responds and whether you'd like to continue

2. The Deepening— Ongoing Support

A rhythm of sessions designed to support release, reconnection, and emotional clarity over time.

  • Suggested sessions weekly or biweekly
  • Each session builds on the last: we explore body patterns, emotions, and internal narratives
  • May include journaling prompts, voice note reflections, or supportive practices between sessions

3. The Integration Path - Maintenance / Check-ins

  • Once you feel more stable, we can space sessions out — or meet when something within you needs care. 
  • Monthly sessions or as needed

There’s no set pace. You’re welcome to return as your body calls for it.

I believe healing happens best in spaces that feel safe — emotionally, physically, and financially.

My sessions are offered with care, presence, and many years of experience in the body-mind field. Below, you’ll find my current pricing. If you feel drawn to this work but are facing financial difficulty, I welcome you to reach out. I offer a few supported spots each month for those going through financial difficulty — if in need, feel free to ask.
