Hello, my name is Svetlana Bradacova.
As an author, I use the name Serena Grace.
I’m a somatic therapist with over 20 years of experience.
My professional path began through the body and expression: between 1999 and 2001, I studied Psychosomatics, Theater, and Creative Authorship at DAMU – the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
Since 2004, I have worked as a Pilates instructor and massage therapist. In 2006, I earned my degree in Physiotherapy in the Czech Republic and worked in various rehabilitation centers.
Over time, I’ve deepened my practice in a wide range of body–mind disciplines: therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, acupuncture, lymphatic massage, body expression, and somatic awareness.
In 2022, I trained as a Social Coach at CIVSEM (Center for Research in Values, Madrid), integrating emotional support tools and personal change processes into my work.
I have lived and worked in several countries — including the Czech Republic, Cyprus, South Africa, Italy, and Spain.
My approach is integrative, blending scientific knowledge with intuition.
I create spaces where what has been held — in the body, in the emotions, or in thought — can begin to find expression, to release, to transform, and even to uncover hidden strength and meaning within.
I work through the body, but I also integrate conversation as a pathway to emotional and mental clarity.
Sessions can take place in person or online — both the body and the word can serve as gateways to release, understanding, and returning to yourself.
Spirituality and non-dual philosophy influence my work — but I’m always seeking their practical, grounded, and meaningful application in everyday life.
From an early age, I have also experienced states of expanded awareness through dance and spontaneous movement — a thread that continues to nourish my practice and my way of accompanying others.
To me, healing has to do with the courage to face our inner truth, to make space for what hurts, and to make peace with what dims our light.
